These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 14200 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any published changes to these Terms is deemed acceptance of those changes.
The 14200 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and accept full responsibility for all activities carried out through your account.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full suite of 14200 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keep your password and account login details confidential at all times.
- Ensuring that no other party accesses your account without authorisation.
- Notifying 14200 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Ensuring that all personal information provided is accurate and kept up to date.
14200 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for account verification, fraud prevention, or compliance with applicable legal requirements.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
As a 14200 platform user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
- Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any transaction.
- Using software, automated scripts, bots, or any other unauthorised technical means to access or manipulate the platform.
- Transfer, sell, or grant access to your account to any third party.
- Engaging in any activity that compromises the security, integrity, or performance of the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
14200 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination and reporting suspicious activity to the relevant authorities, should any of the above rules be violated.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 14200 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include local bank transfers via FPX, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go, and accepted credit or debit cards. Key payment terms:
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to set thresholds and may change from time to time.
- All deposits must be verified before funds are credited to the user's account.
- Withdrawals may only be made to an account or payment method registered under the same verified user.
- 14200 reserves the right to suspend or withhold withdrawals that require additional verification or further investigation.
- Any taxes or charges imposed by third parties (banks, payment providers) are the user's responsibility.
14200 is not liable for any transaction delays caused by third parties, including banks or payment service providers.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
The 14200 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 14200 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including technical service disruptions beyond our control.
Account Suspension and Closure
14200 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time and without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or for regulatory compliance reasons. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach are not entitled to any refund.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 14200 platform are the exclusive property of 14200 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without explicit written consent from 14200.
Third-Party Links
The 14200 platform may contain references to third-party services or content. 14200 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
14200 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
